These terms explain the conditions for using MealReply.

1. The service
MealReply provides lightweight meal-choice collection for trusted groups. It is not a catering order, booking, identity-verification, medical, nutrition, or allergen-safety service.
2. Capability links
Guest, organiser, and receipt links grant different access. Keep organiser and receipt links private. Anyone holding one may use its permissions.
3. Your responsibility
Organisers are responsible for menu accuracy, recipients, dietary follow-up, catering decisions, and obtaining any required consent.
4. Self-reported information
Names, choices, and notes are self-reported. MealReply does not verify identity, attendance, ingredients, allergies, or whether a forwarded link reached the intended person.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. Technical limits and abuse controls protect reliability.
